My problem with posing (when I do it - just like in this photo) is that I kinda get lost, looking at the horizon. What the lens did not capture (shame really because it would have made an excellent b-roll) is me rolling a cigarette and enjoying the next 15’, taking in all this beauty. Today actually, someone told me that this kind of scenery / location / weather might be depressing. I don’t take depression lightly, since I had a quick “brush” with that monster myself. Nevertheless, I like to see the diversity in experience people have when looking at my pictures. I was happy in this one btw…

Padova has multiple markets, every single day in the main two squares - Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta - you can always find fresh fruits and vegetables. Even if this picture it was taken in the early begging of the summer - and there was 31° C - people are still going out to buy fresh food. Do not loose (old) habits :D

Midnight. We were on the way back from Piazza San Marco. As we zig zagged through the endless maze of bridges that is Venice, I looked across and everything lined up. The moon was aligned right at the centre of the canal. Just as I pressed the shutter, a speedboat buzzed down the lane. I hesitated for a moment before pushing down on the button.

I was invited to attend Milan Fashion week in a February of 2018. It was my first time in Milan, and I was astounded at the amount of beautiful architecture it has around the city. I wanted to capture that but also tie in fashion along with it. As we were shooting, these birds started passing all over the place! It was magical! I give my model credit for standing so still. I really like this colorful shot of the Burano neighborhood in Venice, Italy because of one specific aspect: the boat driver. There is something about his presence in the photo that brings to life the utility of every other piece of the picture. During the summer it can be difficult to escape the swarms of tourists that visit the famous seaside towns of Cinque Terre. In order to capture this beautiful photo of Riomaggiore I had to climb to the end of the rock jetty that protects boats in the harbor.
